Prepare for the Miracle

Though we are entering into a new year and a new season, it’s important to remember we still serve the same God.  Thankfully, the Lord doesn’t sit back, waiting for the holidays and each new year for prayers to come flooding in so He can get to work.

God’s not Santa.

God Is looking to see people preparing for the breakthrough, the healing, the miracle to manifest as its own fresh beginning TODAY.  God wants us to show our faith by preparing to receive the blessings He has in store for us before we receive them.

Take a look at Isaiah 54:1-4

‘“Sing, barren woman, you who never bore a child; burst into song, shout for joy, you who were never in labor; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband,” says the Lord .

“Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities.

“Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood. ‘ Isaiah 54:1-4

When our hearts are truly set on God and our wills aligned with His, we are able to pray with confidence, and how else to display this confidence than by living as if the prayer has already been answered?

If ever you doubt God’s willingness to provide for you, remember this:

God is good.

It’s my prayer that we broaden our tents and prepare for the blessings He so willingly provides.  As we enter into this new season and continue throughout the year, may we remember to thank Him for all He has done, all He is doing, and all He has promised do in our lives.

May our knowledge and confidence of His goodness be a light to all who have yet to see it.
